Bed&Breakfast Monte do Serrado de Baixo
The sticks move back and forth, at a constant and accurate rhythm. Leaves and olives fly. The kids, sitting on the nets spread on the floor, laugh when the fruit hits their heads. They love helping out and collect the olives which fall into the ground. After, we gather the olives, separate the leaves and branches, and pack it. In the mill it will be smashed and the precious oil will end up at our table, flavouring all the Alentejo dishes.
In your room learn about the art of hand picking and sit outside overlooking the pool and the olive grove. In November, join us at the picking and learn out to season the olives.

You may book a room only (bed&breakfast) or book the full house for your group of friends or family, having the kitchen, fireplace and pool just for you! A holiday cottage in the country side.
